Behind every great skincare routine is someone who truly understands skin, and Kristina has spent her entire career doing exactly that.

With over a decade of experience in aesthetics, Kristina is a licensed aesthetician and licensed practical nurse whose path has been anything but ordinary. She spent 14 years as a freelance makeup artist and 5 years at Sephora, where her time in the skincare section ignited a passion that would quietly reshape her entire future. What started as curiosity became conviction. Skincare had the power to transform not just how people looked, but how they felt.

That conviction led Kristina to pursue pre med with dreams of becoming a plastic surgeon, driven by a lifelong desire to help people feel like the most confident, beautiful versions of themselves. She ultimately chose nursing, a path that let her fulfill that same purpose while building the family life she always envisioned. Now a licensed practical nurse with 6 years of clinical experience and currently advancing toward her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Kristina is expanding into neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and injectables to deepen her ability to help her patients in ways that truly matter.

It was while working at two med spas that the idea for Glow Cycle Lab™ was born. Kristina kept seeing the same pattern: patients investing in incredible products and treatments, but never quite using them to their full potential. She knew there had to be a better way.

Kristina’s vision wouldn’t be complete without her loving fiancé, Austin, who brings the technical vision of Glow Cycle Lab™ to life. Combining his development expertise with Kristina’s clinical knowledge, Austin built the app from the ground up. Together, they’re building something rooted in real clinical expertise, real love for the craft, and a shared dream of making beautiful skin accessible to everyone.
